I hope you have all had a successful Term 3. There has certainly been a lot going on and I am sure we are all ready for a break.
I’m pleased to be able to share that we have been working on a Marist Regional College MEL App which we will be launching in 2023. We will be testing this throughout Term 4, with the aim of making MEL more accessible to parents. This will give you quick access to your student’s timetables, due work, grades as well as keeping up to date with relevant notifications. We are currently test driving draft one of the app and we hope to iron out any glitches before the 2023 launch.
We finished the term with Year 10 Exams. Although this can certainly be a nerve-racking experience, it is evident that the students learnt a lot from this process and will be able to take these learnings through to Senior College or wherever their journey takes them from here.
When we return in Term 4, our Senior College students will only have two weeks of scheduled classes before they commence their Study Week and into Senior Exams. I remind students to be diligent with following College rules to ensure the end of the year is a successful one.
