Winter has now arrived on the Coast and the cool, wet weather has certainly made an appearance. The mid-year holidays are a time for students and staff to recoup, revitalise and rest. With the cooler weather, colds and illness come, so hopefully the downtime allows the body to rejuvenate itself for the remainder of winter and the year. Winter can be viewed as a source of replenishment and grounding for the spring and summer seasons ahead. The wet, cool climate allows everything to consolidate their roots before another season of rapid growth and fruiting. Enjoy some warmth, with family and friends.
Reminders for Term 3:
Term break is a chance to ensure our presentation expectations are met, i.e. uniform items are neat and tidy, skirts and trousers can be lengthened to an appropriate length, hair is neat and tidy and off the face, shoes and piercings are appropriate as per our College guidelines, tights do not have holes in them, repairs to uniform items are made.
