Two Year 8 teams, a Year 9/10 team and a Year 11 team, each containing 4 students competed in the Mathematical Association’s Maths Relay Competition on the North West coast on the 26 September. All competitors were excited about the event but managed to harness their nerves to obtain first place in the North West heat for the Senior Paper, whilst the Year 8 girls obtained third place. Congratulations to all our competitors. Overall, it was an enjoyable outing, and we are looking forward to competing next year.
