Each day, the College daily bulletin mentions possible ways of becoming actively involved at school and in the wider community.

Opportunities at MRC include the Peer Support program or the Student Representative Council, the upcoming College musical, reading assistance programs, chess and bridge clubs, sporting opportunities this list is endless. Examples of community volunteering are also numerous, such as the Army and Naval cadets, Scouts and Girl Guides, St Vincent De Paul Society, Australian Red Cross, St John’s Ambulance, Surf Lifesaving Clubs, Lifeline activities, church youth ministries, local government youth activities, volunteer Fire Brigade services, and support services programs aimed at participation in fundraising activities, community liaison groups like Mission Australia, volunteering at age care facilities and lots, lots more.
