Touch Football State Final:

On Friday, 21 October, our 9/10 Boys Touch Football team travelled to Prospect Park, Launceston for the 2022 State Final after qualifying in Term 3. After some very competitive games, the team progressed through to the final against Riverside. Unfortunately, MRC went down in the final, however, a great effort to reach this point. Congratulations to the team and coach, Mrs Donna Scott.

Year 7/8 High School Netball Championships:

After winning the regional tournament, MRC Blue in the Year 7/8 division travelled to Hobart to compete in the High School Netball Championships State Final. Coming up against some great opposition teams, MRC Blue had a great day.

Winning their pool games and semi-final, the girls progressed through to the Grand Final where they faced St Patrick’s College. After a very intense game, unfortunately, MRC could not get a win but a tremendous effort to reach this point. Well done to all players and coaches of this great team!
