Calling all students interested in SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, MATHS……. 

Marist Regional College has a rich history of involvement and success in school-based, regional, state, national and even, international, STEM activities and initiatives. 

College STEM Coordinator, Ms Ann Burke will, once again, be coordinating a range of exciting activities across the College this year. These will be advertised every cycle on the STEM MEL Page, on notice boards in learning areas, and in the MEL daily news. Activities will include: 

  • Lunch time STEM workshops in McAuley and Chanel areas (12.30 – 1.10pm) 
  • Afternoon STEM Clubs (3-5pm) 
  • College-wide competitions and challenges 
  • College Science/Engineering Fair 
  • UTAS Science/Engineering Awards 
  • Tasmanian Science Talent Search 
  • Australian BHP Students Awards 
  • And much, much more…….
