Winter Uniform and Personal Expectations – Term 2 and Term 3

4 June 2020, 1:35PM

Back to all news

It has been fantastic to see students return to school this week after the unprecedented times of late. I am sure that students and staff are relieved to see some sense of normality returning.

A reminder that students are now required to wear full College winter uniform. The Uniform Shop is now open during normal hours. If you do not require any fittings, items can be ordered online and collected from the shop.

Could we please ask that parents/guardians work in partnership with our staff at the College to have students meeting the uniform and personal presentation expectations?  This could apply as follows:

  • Length of items – skirts/dresses or trousers may need to be taken down if they are too short (skirts should be just above knee length).
  • Hair needs to be neat and tidy and worn off the face; only hair accessories which are school colours may be worn
  • Allowable piercings – 2 in each lobe plus one in the helix, plain studs or sleepers only to be worn (dangly earrings not to be worn)
  • Dark socks to be worn under trousers
  • Navy blue tights, not black
  • Minimal makeup

Please refer to the policy on these expectations via the MEL portal page.
