Strategic Direction 2024 – 2027
Through analysis of results from our College Validation Surveys, we gained valuable insights into our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. These insights have informed the formulation of our strategic goals, designed to propel our College to new heights of excellence.
Our strategic goals for 2024-2027 encompass the strategic domains of our College community, including our Catholic Identity, Learning, Leadership, Pastoral Care and Well-Being, and Stewardship and Resources.
We are committed to a culture of continuous improvement, where reflection, feedback, and data-driven decision-making drive our actions.
