Class Placement Form

This form is designed to provide information to Marist Regional College, to assist in the decision-making process to create classes for 2025. It is acknowledged by the College that friendships are important, however, there are many complex factors that need to be considered when placing students into class groups. The College cannot guarantee that they will be able to accommodate all requests. Collection and storing of information and documents is in accordance with the Catholic Education Tasmania Privacy Policy which can be accessed at https://catholic.tas.edu.au/policies

Should you wish to provide the supporting documentation via email, please send it to Mrs Hannah Horrack at hhorrack@mrc.tas.edu.au. Documentation provided will be held in the strictest of confidence. As the information you provide is used in consideration of class allocation, the information you share will be distributed to those members of staff deemed appropriate.
