As we are fast approaching the middle of Term 3 and the end of Winter Uniform, I kindly remind all students about the importance of wearing the correct uniform and maintaining its tidiness.

Wearing the school uniform not only represents a sense of unity and belonging but also reflects the pride we take in our uniform at Marist Regional College. Adhering to the uniform guidelines fosters a positive and respectful atmosphere within our school community. Therefore, we urge all students to remember the following points:

Correct Uniform: Ensure that you are wearing the designated school uniform that has been specified in the Student Uniform and Personal Presentation Policy. This includes the appropriate shirts, pants, skirts, ties, and any other items outlined by the College. The uniform is an integral part of our identity, and we appreciate your cooperation in wearing it correctly.

Tidiness and Neatness: A clean and tidy uniform not only upholds our College’s image but also reflects your personal commitment to maintaining a high standard of appearance. Please make sure that your uniform is clean, ironed, and in good condition. Shoes should be polished, and any accessories should be within the permissible guidelines.

Attention to Detail: Pay attention to the small details, such as properly tucking in shirts, securing ties, and wearing the school badge with pride. These details may seem minor but collectively contribute to a smart and professional appearance.

Role Models: As students, you are role models for your peers and the younger members of our school community. Your adherence to the uniform policy sets an example for others to follow, fostering a sense of discipline and unity among students.

Consequences: While we believe in a positive approach to discipline, consistent disregard for the uniform policy may result in appropriate consequences as outlined in the College’s code of conduct. We believe that every student can contribute to maintaining a respectful and uniform-compliant environment.

Let us continue the school year with a strong commitment to our College’s values and standards. By wearing the correct uniform and ensuring its tidiness, you contribute to the overall positive atmosphere and sense of community at Marist Regional College.
