Year 9 camps are a pivotal and exciting event in the school lives of our students.  They are an opportunity for learning important life skills, forming real and meaningful relationships, and to just have some fun together at the end of their school year.

This year camps will be held in the last week of Term 4 for all Year 9 students.  The dates are Tuesday 6 December – Friday 9 December inclusive. Please note these dates in your calendar.

Attendance at camps is compulsory

Students were recently presented with detailed explanations and itineraries for each camp by the respective camp leaders.  They are currently in the process of submitting two (2) preferences based on that information and will be informed of their allocated camp once numbers and other requirements are finalised.  Every effort will be made to ensure students are with their friendship groups where possible.

The camp locations for this year are:

  • Coles Bay
  • Scamander
  • Bay of Fires
  • Greens Beach/Launceston
  • Hobart – all girls
  • Derby Mountain Biking – all boys
  • Freycinet Bushwalking

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Mr Filz by phone or email at the College.
